I forgot my master password

Use your recovery key or a trusted contact to regain access.

If you have a recovery key

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your 24-word recovery key
4. Set a new master password

If you have a trusted contact

1. Click Forgot password → Request recovery
2. Your trusted contact receives a notification and must approve the request
3. Once approved (within 24 hours), you can set a new master password

If you have neither

Without a recovery key or trusted contact, your data cannot be recovered. This is a deliberate property of zero-knowledge encryption — we cannot bypass it even if we wanted to.
