Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Enbox when you use our apps and services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Enbox and its apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and choose a strong master password. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your master password safe
- All activity that happens under your account
- Being at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live)
Because your data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover your master password. If you lose it and have no recovery key set up, your data cannot be restored.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Enbox to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights
- Distribute malware or conduct attacks
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules to protect the service and other users.
3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your content
You own your content. Enbox claims no rights over it. Because it is encrypted, we have no ability to access, use or share it. You are solely responsible for the content you store and send.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep Enbox available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enbox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data resulting from a forgotten master password.
7. Termination
You may stop using Enbox and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email before they take effect.
