Cancel your subscription

Cancel anytime — your data stays accessible until the end of the period.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account switches to a read-only free tier — you can still access and export all your data.

Exporting your data before you leave

Go to Settings → Privacy → Export data. You will receive a ZIP file with:

  • All emails (EML format)
  • All photos (original quality)
  • All files
  • Passwords (encrypted JSON or CSV)

  mail/          — one .eml per message
  photos/        — originals in YYYY/MM/ folders
  files/         — original folder structure
  passwords.json — encrypted vault export

We will never delete your data without warning you first.
