It was a big year. Rather than a victory lap, here is the honest ledger — what landed, what slipped, and where we are headed.

Shipped

1. Native mobile apps for the whole suite
2. An independent security audit, published in full
3. The crypto library and clients opened up

Slipped

The open-source server took longer than we hoped. It is now slated for this year.

Progress, not perfection. We would rather ship the audit with its findings than a press release without them.
